Policy regarding (win) promotions:
- As a general rule, all prizes must be redeemed or picked up within 3 months of the announcement of the winners, unless a different time frame is clearly specified.
(If this is not possible, the prize may be transferred to another person who can meet this condition.) - Therefore, in the case of a reservation, it must also be placed within 3 months of the win unless specifically stated otherwise.
(except vouchers/vouchers, which have a validity of 5 years from the creation date. - The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Winners agree that their name (or social media handle) may be used for the announcement.
- For promotions that require participants to leave a comment, any comments that are hurtful, racist, commercial, or offensive will be removed immediately, and the submitter will be disqualified from participation.
- If participants are under 16 or 18 years of age, they must have explicit consent from their parents or guardians.
- If the giveaway involves a photo shoot, it will take place on the predetermined date and time; under no circumstances will this be changed.
If you are unable to attend on the agreed-upon date and time, you will forfeit your prize, and we may award it to another person if applicable. - The Gaming Factory is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the winner’s use of a prize that has been awarded.
- Employees of the organization and directly involved partners are excluded from participation.
- The Gaming Factory reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time or to terminate the promotion early in the event of fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- The Gaming Factory reserves the right to disqualify participants if fraud, cheating, or abuse is suspected.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
- In the case of deviations/unforeseen circumstances, the management of The Gaming Factory will decide the matter.
