Are you the one who can’t be beat behind the boxing ball machine? Then show it! We at The Gaming Factory in Tilburg are organizing the very first, one and only, Dutch Championship Boxing Ball Tournament (18+) as part of our anniversary! For this we are transforming our hall into a real boxing ring and everyone has a chance to win the gigantic prize pool of 1650 (!!!) Euros!
How to participate: leading up to the NK we are organizing three preliminary rounds on June 13, 20 and 27. In front of our shop there will be four boxing balls and for 15 euros (25 if you also want to come and play for two hours) you can hit the four machines twice. We will eliminate the three lowest scores and add up the best five. Moreover, we distinguish three different classes: up to 70 kilos, from 70 to 90 and over 90.
A member of our staff will note your weight, details and score, and we will keep a leaderboard. The winners of the preliminary rounds will receive an invitation to come to the finals on Sunday, June 29 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. The finalists get to come and play for free along with two people, so bring your cornermen, your friend, grandma or anyone else!
In the finals, the four punching balls stand in a boxing ring and everyone is called to come individually. Under turnout of your turnout music you hit all four once, we subtract the worst score and add the three best. The top 4 of each weight class then punch one more time in sudden death mode and then we have a final top 4.
And there is definitely something to play for, because the winners of the three weight classes all get a champion belt in their class and all three get 350 euros per person! The runners-up get 150 euros and the runners-up go home with 50 euros. A great prize pool, even if we say so ourselves! So don’t wait any longer and sign up!
