Yes, there are several large air conditioning units installed to keep the temperature at the right level.

What kind of children’s parties do you have?
We have different types of children’s parties. Choice of one or more activities, choice of food and different time durations. You can make these choices while booking online.

Are discounts available for groups?
Yes group discounts are available for groups larger than 20 people.There are also several options for school and/or corporate outings. When booking more than 20 people online (gaming), a discount is automatically given.

What are your opening hours?

Can I extend my playing time?
Yes that is certainly possible, please report to the front desk if you wish to extend your playing time.
Is the food for a children’s party before or after gaming?
By default the food takes place after the gaming, if you want to eat beforehand we ask you to contact us (well) in advance, then we can see if this is possible at that time.
Is there supervision inside?
Yes, inside the game hall our staff is monitoring whether visitors adhere to our house rules, should something happen that is not allowed, in extreme cases access can be denied.
I lost something, now what?
You can report at the front desk that you have lost something if you miss something during your visit.If you later discover that you are missing something, you can send us an email with your details and what you lost.
Do I have to pay per machine?
No, you only pay for admission. All of our games in the game hall are on Free Play mode, so you can play them for FREE without having to insert money or use a card that requires you to purchase credits.
Are there parking lots nearby?
Tilburg has its own parking lot, should it be full you can park your car on the Eginhardstraat.
Are (domestic) animals allowed in The Gaming Factory?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in our premises except for assistance dogs.

Do you have any monthly/annual subscriptions?
We are currently selling a ride card for 10x 2 hours of gaming for €145.00 (instead of €175.00 regular rate) this can be found on our booking system
Are gift certificates available from The Gaming Factory?
Yes we have gift certificates/vouchers, these are available at reception, you can choose what value you would like on the voucher. These can be handed in at reception or the unique code can be used when ordering through the website.
Can I go outside and back inside during my playtime?
Yes, that is possible, you can go back and forth through the gates as many times as you want, only your playtime continues after you check in the first time.

May I bring in a bag or backpack?
No, large bags are not allowed in the game hall, only small shoulder bags are allowed.
Are you allowed to bring in your own drinks and food?
No, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Bringing your own cake or the like for a birthday is also not possible. We have our own catering facility where you can order drinks and food.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, that is certainly possible, cash is still legal tender.
Can I move my reservation?
Yes that is certainly possible, to do so please contact via email or phone the respective location where you booked.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
You can change your reservation to another date by mutual agreement, money back is unfortunately not possible.
Can I use a locker instead of the cloakroom/ coat rack?
Yes, that is possible, a locker costs €0.50 per use and is not returned.
