House Rules The Gaming Factory

You must adhere to the requirements of these house rules at The Gaming Factory, whether you participate in games or not.

Use of our machines and/or games is at your own risk. The Gaming Factory is not liable for theft and/or loss of private property or injury.

You should follow the instructions given by the staff at The Gaming Factory.

The Gaming Factory may refuse you entry if our staff deems you have violated our house rules.

To game, buying admission is required. It is, of course, possible for parents and companions, for example, to stay in the hospitality area and use the catering facilities without paying entrance fees.

If you knowingly cause damage or destruction, you are liable for the resulting costs and must pay them.

We expect all visitors to be respectful of each other at all times, regardless of religion, race or gender.

You may use all the machines, just be aware that if you finish a game and someone is behind you, we expect you to start using another machine. You cannot claim machines.

Children up to and including 12 years old are not allowed to visit The Gaming Factory unaccompanied by an adult. This is for your own safety. Please note: maximum of 5 children per attendant.

There is both a checkroom and lockers available. Coats and bags are not allowed inside and must be stored in advance.

Please report malfunctions and defects to the bar or to one of our staff members. You are not permitted to make your own repairs to our machines.

Our machines cannot withstand moisture. Please do not place drinks and/or food on our machines. There are designated places where you can set down your drink in a safe manner. Ask our staff where those places are if it is not clear to you.

Bringing your own food and/or drink and consuming it inside is not allowed, this includes bringing (your own) cake for a children’s party.

Please be mindful of the machines and our beautiful location.

Smoking is prohibited inside and at our entrance. Please smoke outside by the smoking pit, or on the patio.

Pets are not allowed; a service dog is allowed, of course.

There are security cameras at our locations.
These cameras are there to protect our customers and staff.
The images are not retained unless there is a criminal offense.
Once this has been dealt with, the images will be removed.

Thank you for your understanding.
